All packages include the initial consultation, shopping trips, all fittings, returns, and final style guides. Packages DO NOT include the cost of wardrobe, which will be pre-determined based on our initial consultation.

No problem. We are masters at working within a budget, and will guide you on how to shop smart so you can maximize your wardrobe into multiple outfits with the introduction of a few new key pieces. After working with us, you will know your best styles, shapes, colors, and go to brands so you’ll eliminate expensive clothing mistakes. The key is not in having just a closet full of clothes, it is in having a carefully curated selection of clothes that can be combined and put together in several different ways.

A personal shopping/styling experience is very personal.  It is very important that you come to appointments with an open mind, as well as feel 100% comfortable.  Although we do not recommend having anybody else present at your fittings, if you feel more comfortable having a friend or spouse sit in with us you are more than welcome to bring them along.

Seasonal consultations and updates are highly recommended, although once you have worked with us a few times you can ease into a semi-annual update schedule.

We want your styling experience to be as seamless as possible, which is why it is best to have our consultations and fittings in your home or office.  That being said, if that is not suitable, we will determine a convenient place for our initial consultation.  This is a very personalized experience, and it is incredibly important for you to be 100% comfortable. To get the most of your experience it’s best for us to start in your closet to see what kind of foundation we will be working with. At our final session we will also help you to integrate all of your new purchases into your existing wardrobe. If you are having any custom suits or shirts made we can even have our tailor come to your home or office to take measurements and select fabrics and trims (or we can schedule an appointment so all you have to do is show up!).

Yes, we have worked with numerous families, and understand that as busy professionals sometimes it is very hard to find the time to shop for your children. We have worked with men, women, and children of all ages. We will work with you to cater a package that works for your whole family. There are several different options to structure this package – anything from a one time (back to school shopping, new job, new move, family trip), to an ongoing concierge type styling package. Absolutely! We have worked with several large Corporations to help align their employees personal image with that of the companies. We have also styled corporate videos, images, commercial advertising campaigns, and every type of corporate press kit. If your company is interested please contact for rates.

Yes!  We can offer discounts on packages, as well as custom suits and shirts for groups of 3 or more.  We work with small businesses, corporations, and bridal parties, and can arrange group or individual consultations.

Absolutely! Along with offering our services in NYC and the 5 boroughs, we can also cater to clients in Connecticut, NJ, Westchester County, and Long Island for an additional fee of $250. We are also available to travel outside of the tri-state area as long as all travel expenses are paid (flight, hotel, rental car, per diem). We have styled our loyal clients all over the world, and our clients take great comfort in knowing that no matter where they are we take pride in helping them to put their best foot forward and project the best image possible.

Yes, we have worked with and can refer you to our amazing network of personal trainers, nutritionists, hairstylists, mens groomers, plastic surgeons, and tailors if you would like to further your transformation.

Absolutely! If you refer clients to us you will BOTH receive 10% off of your next booking.

We require 50% payment up front for all packages booked after the initial consultation, as well as an advance for purchases (which are not included in the package fees). After the initial consultation we will work together to determine an agreed upon budget for expenses which will determine the advance amount. The final payment will be due upon our final fitting/integration session. You will receive copies of all final purchase/return receipts with our final invoice to keep for your accounting records.
